1 Introduction

Welcome to Tealive88 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Tealive88 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed and operated for the Malaysian market, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports wagering, and related entertainment services.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Tealive88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Tealive88 applies a minimum age of 21 in line with the standards of responsible international online gaming operators.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from any gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme or court order.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Tealive88, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Tealive88 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Tealive88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Tealive88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Tealive88 requires all Members to complete identity verification (KYC). You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where requested, proof of residential address. KYC verification is a one-time process per account and is required in full before any funds can be released.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Tealive88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Tealive88 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Tealive88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers in 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers in 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates during standard operating hours and may be extended during public holidays, high-volume periods, or pending KYC completion.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity. Tealive88 cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigations relating to suspicious financial activity.

5.5 Withdrawal to Depositor

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect Members against fraudulent activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Tealive88 are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or bet placement — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 as stated in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum using Bonus Funds may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The contribution rate for each game category is published in the specific promotion terms.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

Tealive88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine game risk, or participating in any coordinated bonus exploitation scheme.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the Tealive88 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by Tealive88. We reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at our discretion, including where we suspect the integrity of a market has been compromised or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed in the sportsbook interface. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts or market types at Tealive88's discretion.

7.3 Void Bets and Refunds

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, erroneous odds, system errors, or where a match result is determined to have been subject to corruption or manipulation. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's balance as real-money credit.

7.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted at Tealive88's discretion and are subject to momentary odds fluctuations. A bet is only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number is issued. Tealive88 reserves the right to refuse in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, even where the outcome is not yet reflected in the live odds feed.

7.5 Casino Game Results

The outcome of all casino games, slots, and live dealer games is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Game results are final once the round is complete. Tealive88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues experienced by a player's own device, browser, or internet connection.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Tealive88 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or collusion
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds from unlawful sources
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Tealive88 staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by Tealive88

Tealive88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, regulatory requirements, or responsible gambling concerns.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements are active on the balance.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting our support team. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Tealive88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Tealive88 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Tealive88's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tealive88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Inaccurate odds or market data resulting from third-party data feed errors

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

Tealive88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and the Platform.
